Uttar Pradesh Rug or Uttar Pradesh Carpet is one of the eastern rugs that woven in India.
A province of northwestern India and the area of greatest contemporary rug production. Most of these rugs have knot densities from about 120 to 245 knots per square inch. Rug weaving centers are Agra, Bhadohi, and Mirzapur. See entries under these names.[1]
