Carpet Museum of Iran is a government museum that aims to introduce the art and industry of carpet art, especially the Persian Carpet, founded in 1976 in Tehran. The carpet collections of this museum consist of 135 pieces of carpets from different regions of Iran such as Isfahan, Tabriz, Kerman, Arak and Hamedan and etc, which is exhibited on the ground floor of the museum for public display.
